Warm Up 3 x`s laps half pitch 1 x jog, 1 x sprint, 1 x jog Stretch Tag Even split of players minus 1 x`s defender. Each player in a box is an attacking player with a tag, players on the outside are defenders. Aim: mark the player out of the game, avoid them from escaping in there 10 second break to get to the D.
