DESCRIPTION

This drill helps with footwork. Firstly players run without a ball around the cones keeping body facing forward. Add a ball and the ball needs to remain inbetween the cones with feet going around the cones as before.

COACHING POINTS

Keep body facing forward. Cones need to be no more than 60cm apart.
