Blue (A) push to red (A), red (A) push to blue (D) at the right. A dribbles to the white cones, blue (F) runs to white cones. Excercise in reverse. At the green cones F dribbles back to the start and can start again
For lower ages, don't set cones to far. After 5 min able to flat/push After 10 min D and F (red and blue) goes away. Both A's need to run.
