This game is a simple warmup. Attackers (in blue) must all start with a ball each. 2-3 defenders should be introduced also. Attackers must drive with the ball to the opposite side of the pitch. Defenders should collect balls from the attackers, and hit them off the pitch. If a ball is it off the pitch, that attacker also becomes a defender.
This game can occupy a large quantity of numbers. Defenders should always start from the centre line. Attackers should all be released at the same time, and should remain close to their ball each time (No hitting the ball through!) To decipher defender from attacker, give the defenders a bib.
