Kabadi with a 3v1. Tennis ball must be played to a side without a player present with them arriving into the space to receive the ball. This can be mixed between rolling the ball, under arm only and overhand only and a mixture of the three. The aim is to get the groups communicating and moving to space. If middle player struggles you can rotate players in based on time.
Questions: How do we indicate to our team mates where and when to throw? Communication, communication, communication. Is there a better way of communicating? It's all situational. What judgement does that require from us? Based on detemrining our speed and the distance to cover along with the teammates throwing speed which will change between rolling, underhand and overhand.
