Set up 4 of these drills, players must aim to control the ball through the white cones, go a full 360 around the far red cone. Head towards the third red cone and sprint back passing the ball to the waiting player three quarters of the way. The player then must rejoin the back of the line.
If certain pupils struggle with the drill modify one of the drills removing a few of the white cones. Pupils should aim to keep control of the ball at all times, before adding to much speed.
