Players set up in a square, players opposite each other lead towards their partner to receive the ball, cushion the ball in and dribble around the cone before passing it to the partner who should be leading towards them to receive the ball next.
For stronger players this should be done at high intensity for 2 minutes, rest 30 seconds and go again for 2 minutes. For players that are still practicing the skills involved they should be allowed to do it at their own pace.
