Split the group into two teams and setup as per diagram, with hockey sticks forming 2 ladders. On the coach's command, the first player from each team will do the set exercise through the ladder and then run to the cone, turning and running to the next cone. Both players must give eachother a Hi-5 when they meet before doing the same ladder excercise again. Ladder Exercises: High knees, sidesteps, cross-overs, hopping 2 legs, hopping 1 leg, backwards etc. Cone Excecises: Run around the ourside of cones, run around the cones, run and touch the cones, run forward and back pedal, etc. Progression: When running back from the last cone: 1) run backwards, 2) sidesteps Coaching Points: 1) Take your time to go through the ladder - precision, not speed. 2) Look where you are going!
