This is a simple run and catch drill. Players will line up behind the 2 cones and await for the coach`s instructions. The aim of this drill is for the player to run whilst the coach passes the ball to them and catch it as they continue to run behind the line of the opposite cone. When the player makes it to the cone, he/she is to hand pass or and the ball to the other coach awaiting at the cone.
