Make an L-Shape with cones. Ouside player from black cone runs in a straight line. He then passes to the inside man who is running straight. The insde man passes to the top player on the red cone. The 2 runners reload but onto the red cones now, not the black cones. The 2 players copy this sequence and reload onto the black cones.
Need 1 ball and 2 cones (colour A), 2 cones (colour B) and 1 cone (colour C). Add an extra black and red cone for the larger groups. Coaching quick hands and straight running with ball in hand. Helps teach quick reloading.
