
The group splits in half.1/2 Bronco and 1/2 Malc Bronco is staggered, players are only doing 20,40,60 x2Once they finish they join a grid for passing. Bronco = 240m (480m) Malc is 10 reps w/ up downsrun 10m, down up, back to middle down up, run 10m down up, back to middle = 1 rep. Once they finish they join a grid for passing. Malc = 200m (400m) Upon finishing the fitness component, players join a grid. Coach will assign them to a grid so we get even numbers. Once two people have joined a grid, passing starts. The passing will continue til the last person finishes their respective Bronc/Malc. 3 minutes of Passing and then players swap Malc to bronc and Bronc to Malc. Finish on the passing drill.
