Start at 3, run the yellow line and pop to hit the agility pole, run back to 3. Run red line, looking for a nice flat pass to agility pole, run back to 3. Run blue line, longer flat pass to agility pole and. back to 3. Keep this going for multiple repetitions and make sure to practice with both hands!
