Player 1 runs with the ball to the 1st green cone. He then passes the ball back to player 2. Player 2 runs with the ball to the 1st red cone. He then passes the ball back to player 1. Player 1 then runs with the ball from the 1st green cone to the 2nd green cone. He then passes the ball back to player 2. Player 2 then runs with the ball from the 1st red cone to the 2nd red cone. He then passes the ball back to player 1. Player 1 then runs with the ball from the 2nd green cone to the 3rd green cone. He then passes the ball back to player 2. Then both player 1 and 2 run to the finishing line. As soon as they both get to the end, the next pair start.
Encourage the receiving player to call for the ball amd to have them have their hands ready to catch the ball.
