Equal sided teams, each assigned a rugby ball.
Game is played in a 50 x 30m grid. Game played as normal touch until turn-over is created then defending team attacks from the position of their assigned rugby ball and attacking team transitions into defence. Coach can control ball starting positions and touch rules can be varied to achieve other basic skills
