Attackers to run aroud the top red cone and into the grid. Defender(s) to run around the bottom blue cone. Swap round the attackers and defenders and side starting on to work on both sides of passing.
-Catch and pass points: Catch: Hand out forming W's, clear and consice communication. Pass: High elbows, trigger or pistol fingers, looking where the pass needs to go. Attackers keep square, 1st ball carrier to attack as close to the wing in a 2v1. Heads up rugby, attack the space and communication.
