Drill can be run with position 4 & 2 hitters or position 4 & 9 Hitters. Defenders have 2 lines and shown, as to attackers. Fedders toss ball cross court and over net to opposite defneder line. Defender passes ball to themself and then sets ball to approriate hitter/designated line. Once you pass-set, you enter hitter line, after you hit, shag your bagg and toss before entering defender loine again. Temo should promote overall team movement and communication. Teaches all players to set. Drill can evolve by making tossers hit downballs at defneders to initiate ball.
