1. Side to Side: D shuffles left and passes to target. D shuffles right and passes to target. 2. Run Through/Overhead Dig: D starts deep and on slap runs through ball to pass to target. On second slap D runs back to take overhead dig to target. 3. Angle/Fire hydrant: D moves backward diagonally to left and passes deep ball to target. Then moves backward diagonally to the right and passes deep ball.
1. Do not cross feet. Angle platform if ball is outside midline. 2. Do not stop feet on run through. 3. No overhead digs. Take ball on platform.
