Teams split into 6 and in order to "capture" the opposing team's flag the team with the ball must get a kill. The person who gets the kill has to run to the opposing team's side of the court and take one of their flags. While doing so, the winning team gets another free ball and attempts to get another kill. This progresses on until one of the team's has all of their flags and all of the opposing team's flags.
A kill can be a swing, downball, tip, roll shot, or a free ball.
