When ready jump upwards and push/ flick the ball to the wall using both hands.
The land and bend both knees before then jumping again in time for the ball to return central to both hands.
Whilst in the air, push/ flick the ball back again to the wall.
Pre work
Start nearer the wall and ask players to jump up and touch the same spot on the wall using both hands. This will aid players elevation and rhythm
Key Points:
Keep your eye on the ball, your fingers soft and follow through using your hands and wrist - remembering to bend your knees to get maximum elevation.
