To get the ball from the centre pass to the circle more quickly we start with a movement warm up and then guide your players through the skills they'll need to get the ball to your shooters.
Starting with three change of direction and passing exercises, we gradually build towards the final competitive game, giving your players the chance to put their improved movement skills to the test!
