The speed of your teams passing can ultimately determine the pace of the game and increase your opportunities on goal.
What?s in the Session?
The session begins with a fun warm-up that encourages players to create and penetrate space. It allows your players to think tactically and make decisions that would benefit themselves and the team. The session develops to provide a number of passing drills that look to improve the speed at which your players pass and make them more decisive. These drills promote quick thinking, which ultimately will help the ball get down court quicker to increase your team?s opportunities on goal. ?Down the court with defenders? allows your players to practice their effective passing in more game like situations, with defenders present. The session concludes with a normal game of netball, with certain conditions placed upon the game to get your players demonstrating what they have learnt.
Developing confident, decisive players will enable your players to give the first time ball, so players do not have to make unnecessary drives.
