Use this session to develop your players' zone defending skills, improving how they:
What's in the Session?
To improve your players' understanding of 'zone defence', and how this can be effectively applied during a game, we start with a defensive game of Steal Ball. We then develop this skill with 3 defence focused drills to improve your defenders' teamwork and ability to boss the space (shutting out the attacking players' options).
To put your defender's teamwork to the test we finish with a 3 channel conditioned half-court game - it's attack v defence, who will come out on top?
