What's in the Session?
To get your players pouncing like a panther we work on your players' movement and fast hand skills, with a quick review of basic handling (read the comments below to see how much fun your team will have with these warm ups).
This plan then gets players practising driving onto the ball, reading the game and making the interception. To bring everything together we end this training with a final full-court conditioned game.
