Start the game with an underarm serve, and the opposition has to catch the ball and throw it back first time with one of the typical volleyball throws.
The player who drops, throws the ball out side the court or in to the net has to leave the court. If the team catches the ball 3 times in a row, one of the players on the side can join back in. A point is scored when the opposition has no players left.
