This plan is solely on ball movement - focusing on ball control, body position and anticipation. When the ball's coming at your players, they'll need to be ready to bump or set to their team-mate!
What's in the Session?
Starting with a vigorous warm-up we then progress through a series of group passing exercises which will require your players to use a variety of passing techniques before upping the tempo, getting your players to practice passing on the run and getting their hands up quickly!
