
Red Players: This is a short sprint and agility session. There are 2 different types of exercises, T-Sprints, clock rotation and M-sprint. The T sprint is all forward facing. with the clock players run in forward facing and go backwards on the diagnol. The M is forward facing to start and alternate to backwards on each cone. Blue players : 3 1/4 laps is 1 km, you complete this once, give 2 min break and then into 25 metre sprints(yellow playes). Complete this x3 sets or x5 sets pending player fitness. Gray Players: Cross field sprints. Players run at the same time. Get in 10-12 seconds rest for 15 and go again. 10x3 sets.
