Players in groups of four, 2 cones about 10m away, 1 player in between as a defender. Player 1 dribbles towards the defender, the defender chooses one side and puts their flat stick down, the attacker has to go around the 'free' side and pass it to the next player. The defender isn't defending actively, it's about the attacker having to look up while dribbling and moving sideways around the defender.
Players have to look up while dribbling towards the defender and then drag the ball sideways to go around the defender.
