
The same exercise on both sides. First, a ball will be played to either side, this player will give the ball back to the person who started in the guard. The outside defender will give the ball to a midfielder who is running towards the ball, this player will drive towards the outside and give the ball to an outside midfielder. The outside midfielder will drop down and receive the ball from the midfielder and then drive towards the goal. During this time the outside defender will run towards the 23" and get the ball back and score.
