Group is split into two groups (or in same teams). Each group has to form a circle, each player must be 2 metres from the others. The ball can then be passed around the circle in any order. In the middle will be a defender, their job is to intercept the ball. If the ball is intercepted and caught, they must swap with whoever threw it. The object of the game is to focus on keeping the ball away from the defender but, also for the defender to work on their interception techniques. (If the ball has not been caught within 2 minutes, swap them out with another player)
