groups of 4 and a ball. passer in the middle, defender 3ft hands over, attackers 5 steps away from passer either side. one at a time the attackers are going to drive on an angle (no dodges or rolls) they are only allowed to drive on the angle in the picture. the defender has to use their periferal vision to see the attacker moving, run and block them. If the defender does not block the attacker properly they are allowed to keep running and catch a pass. if the defender does block them properly the attacker is allowed to turn and drive back to their starting spot and get a pass (defender attempt to intercept) 4 times each then rotate.
