
2 lines, one behind each blue cone. Starting at the same time, they run the same drill: quick feet propping, then 2 feet jump over tall cone. Sprint, then 2 feet jump over another tall cone. Finish with quick feet around the outside of the cones. They should both finish at opposite blue cones and tag the next team mate to start.
Next level drill: have random feeders down the line to call names and throw quick passes in to promote keeping eyes up and ball awareness.
