Divide the group into 2 with a coach in each group. Version 1: have the players make two rows facing the coach (the square). Place one cone for each row. Player 1 is to run to the cone, plant their feet, catch the ball from the coach, pivot. Player 2 is to run to their cone, plant feet, catch the ball from player 1, pivot and throw back to the coach. Version 2: place a cone outside of the circle and another next to the hoop. The player is to run to the first cone then to the cone at the hoop; plant their feet, catch the ball from the coach, pivot and shoot. You can add a defender if your players are very good.
