Footwork drill 2:The players start on the line then run up to the cone and change direction from their foot that they landed on first.When they run back down the other way they have to catch the ball without doing footwork. The aim is if a defender is sticking to them while marking you can change direction quickly and break free from your player.It also helps the player on their footwork in a game situation while running catching the ball.
