Lay out a similar number of spots / cones and hoops. Get children to work their way around the area hoping on the spots/cones, skipping in the gaps and jumping into the hoops. Participants should be encouraged to pause between each of the different movements to give themselves time to assess the level of difficulty and the angles/ direction of their next move. By encouraging this less children are likely to collide and the dynamic balance between the movements will also be tested at a higher level.
