In teams, one person will be standing at a cone, they will pass the ball to the first person in the line. The person will then pass back to the first person then crouch down. This will continue down the line until the last person passes back to the first person. The first person will then run up to the basket and shoot, they must get the ball in the basket. Once the basket is in they catch the ball and throw it to the person who was next in line and they become the thrower. You join the end of the queue and it begins again.
Make sure to chest pass the ball. Look when you are throwing the ball. Throw with two hands. When shooting take your time. Bend your knees slightly. Donât throw the ball too hard that it will hurt someone. Make sure you are paying attention at all times. Remember to crouch!
