This is a basic game plan to get the ball down to the d whilst using space and not keeping tight. Start your payers (c,ga,gs,wa) in their normal starting positions. The GA is going to run forward to recieve the ball of the centre (the full black arrows indicate where the payers run, the dotted arrows indicate where the ball is going). Whilst the GA is driving forward, the WA should drive roughly up to the D. Then, the GA will pass to the WA, recieving the ball at the end of the D. They then do an overhead pass to the GS. As soon as the GA has passed to WA, run under the net for a rebound(if there is one).
Talk it out slowly at first, then try and build up how fast paced it is, like it were a real game
