Defenders attemt to regain posession. Netball rules apply. If attackers step, the ball gets turned over. If defenders contact/obstruct they are out of play until penalty pass is taken. ONCE SKITTLE IS KNOCKED DOWN, ball is put into play with toss @ centre circle again. First team to knock all oppsitions skittles down are the winners.
Can enforce discipline on set skills IE: if Attackers dont use outside foot landing/external pivot then ball is turned over the defenders.
