
4 groups working in a quarter of the court each Start at the netball post, and drive out and in 3 times working from outside to inside of the shooting circle (angled body) with a vertical jump each time Drive out to transerve line, then side step to side line for a burpee Drive to centre circle and COD to sideline again Jog/walk back to start. Hold a plank whilst waiting! Repeat x 5 in each direction
