
Players start at the right-hand side of the goal end of the court. They follow in a clockwise direction around the named activities. once one player is half-way through the activity (or has completed the activity if there are less players) then the next player can start. For this course, the activities are: -Jogging the width of the court-Grapevine to the first 1/3 line-Vertical Jump to the apex of the shooting circle-High Knees Lunges to the second 1/3 line-Plank Caterpillar to the far left goal end of the court-Walk to the shooting circle, in here players will complete: _10 Star Jumps _10 Push-up`s _10 Sit-up`s-Burpie from the goal post to the corner, and to the same 1/3 line the plank caterpillars are-Sprint back to the start.
