Start with a large circle pitch. Touch rugby netball (introduce tackle limit if needed) Teams can score anywhere on the circle edge. Development 1: 2 x red cones denote the half way line. Teams can now only score on the circle line in the opposition half. Development 2: Passing backwards only. Development 3: Cones denote high score zones. 1 point for scoring on opposition half 5 points for scoring in the high score zone.
Develops from a game of positional awareness and passing to a game of passing and defence overload. Last development encourages passing wide. Use skill zones for 2 on 1.
