Crossgrid: diverse ball passes: pop pass,achter je langs"sonny bill " boven je hoofd en op de grond gelegd en weer opgepakt na enkel minuten concentratie en snelheid ophogen bij elke wisseling van handeling. Na 3 ballen op de grond gehele groep opdrukken 20 maal het gaat om warming up met het krijgen van balgevoel en op hoog tempo ballen passes doen
