a square is made with 4 hoops in the middle. Gaurding each hoop is 1 defender. Attacking are 2 players. Players cal go side to side and pass to each other outside the square but once someone is inside the square they must get the ball into the hoop. If the player is tagged, the ball goes into the very centre, NOT in the hoop. Once all balls have been played, hooped balls are counted and compared to non hooped balls to determin if the defenders or attackers are winners. Balls must be held with both hands at all times and both hands to be used when grounding the ball.
