Starting at the blue cones, two players race with footwork until they make it to the end of the other court. They then come in on a hit reception with a 6 back player already in. The 6 back does nothing more than swing from one hit angle to the other. Loser of the race then proceeds to do 10 push ups. The drill might also have a pass at both 3 metre line cones to increase difficulty.

New hitters rarely miss because of their arm. They miss because of their feet. Build a reliable approach, then time it with your setter.
When your hitter gets stuffed, five teammates standing and watching is how you lose the point. Good attack coverage turns a blocked ball into a second swing.
Coaches spend hours correcting arms in serve receive when the real fault is almost always the feet. Fix the movement and the platform fixes itself.
