
Set up two hitting lines, right and left front, with a setter and passer on one side of the court. On the opposite side have three blockers across the net. The middle blocker will stay in middle until she has made 10 blocks. The outside/rightside hitter and blockers will switch after they block/hit. The hitting and blocking motions will create a figure 8 shape.
The block can be a touch or tip, it does not have to be a kill block.
