Both Blue and Orange players are workers. Orange Worker is only permitted to use orange cones, while Blue Worker can only use the blue cones. Orange worker starts on an orange cone while blue work starts on a blue cone. Orange worker throws the ball to Blue Worker, then leads to an orange cone. After passing the ball, Blue Worker will also lead to another blue cone. Players should be lead after every pass. Continue for 2 minutes, with players leading at full speed.
Passes need be accurate. Towards the end of the drill, players will become tired and pasing will become less accurate.Ensure players take the time to consider the pass, and make sure the pass is accurate.
