Players work in pairs with 2 balls. Players stand approx 2m apart facing each other. GD throws her ball straight up in the air above her head. As soon as GD releases her ball C passes her ball to GD. GD must catch and return the back ball to C before catching her original ball. Timing and team work is key to this practise. Players need to communicate about the timing of their passes. Players should attempt to get into a rhythm.
