Players work in threes, with 2 balls. They stand in a line about 1m apart from each other. Middle player (GA) and end player (GD) have a ball each. The GD`s ball has to travel to the other end of the line to C. GA throws her ball straight up in the air above her head. GD takes this cue and passes her ball to the GA, who then passes it quickly to C before catching her own ball. Repeat with C starting with a ball. After 10 goes each players swap positions.
Players must be in the read position, knees soft, eyes on the ball. Timing in crucial- this is part of the challenge to see if the players can time the passing right to move the ball across the line.
