
Two passers. One player working. Drive forward on a shoe and take a pass, pass back, drive back to the starting cone and push off on the opposite angle, take a pass and pass back. Passer passes the ball to the thrower at the end. Working player sprints to the start of the slalom cones, quick feet in and out to final cone. Drives left for a surprise ground pass, and then right to the other cone for a pass out in front. Pass ball back to original thrower.
Push off the ground for change of direction. eyes up, not turning head to the back of the ball. Quick (but accurate) passes back and quick transition to the next movement.
