Passing in Pairs Begin with chest passes, gradually step backward increasing the distance. Swap Pairs Move on to bounce passes, within a small distance. Swap Pairs Lastly shoulder passes, gradually stepping backwards increasing distance.
Passing in Pairs. This is an important skil for netball as it is used throughout the entire game. Chest passes: most common pass, use as much as possible. Bounce passes: if you cannot see your team mate, use to avoid your opposition. Shoulder passes: Used to increase throwing distance.
