Blue player is the passer, while red player is the worker. Red worker must run to a green cone, where they recieve and return a pass before returning to the red cone in the centre. Red worker repeats this until a pass has been recieved at every cone. Players will then rotate positions.
Passing skills should be monitored. Red worker should indicate where they would best like to recieve the pass by signalling with their hand. if their hand is raised in the air, they are requesting a high ball, and so forth.
